Donna Kendrigan works across a range of practices including animation, digital imaging and visual art. Her work traverses the terrain from contemporary design to experimental animation, from miniature dioramas to art for public spaces.
Her animations have aired on SBS and ABC, and have screened at numerous film festivals including Annecy International Animation Festival, France and Ottawa International Animation Festival, Canada.
Donna has collaborated with writers, musicians, and scientists including meteorologists at the Bureau of Meteorology. She has been the recipient of several grants including the New Work Emerging Grant, Australia Council Visual Arts Board and Arts innovation, Arts Victoria. In 2009 she undertook an artist residency in Berlin.
Donna teaches animation and digital imaging courses at RMIT University.
